May 2, 2008 (Sawf News) - The first look of film suspense thriller Runway was unveiled at Enigma, Juhu, May 1. Cast members Amarjeet, Tulip Joshi, Vida and Deepal Shah were present. Luky Ali and Sharad Saxena did not make it.

Mushtafa Zahid, a singer from Pakistan sang few lines for the media. He has also sung the song earlier for the film Awarapan.

Runway is the story of a man (Amarjeet), who lands up in Mauritius on a special mission to get his girlfriend (Deepal Shaw) out of danger. On landing he realizes that he has been tricked, and is being trailed by a killer (Lucky Ali). He is trapped and ambushed. The film covers the next three day during which he is on the run in a desperate bid to save himself and his mission.

The story also revolves around 15 people he meets in three days, including a bar dancer (Tulip Joshi) who tries to help him. The two eventually fall in love.
Will he be able to wriggle out of the ambush and return safely?

The plot promises a euphoric ride on the roller coaster of suspense, drama, intrigue, romance and action.
The film was shot in Mauritius. Tulip Joshi has done an item song in the film that was shot at Mukesh Mills in Colaba.

Director duo Suniel and Praful looked pretty pleased with the reaction of the media after watching the first look promo. The cast was similarly gung ho about the film that was shot in a single short spell.
Runway will be released during the month of May.
