Sonam Kapoor is reportedly dating her 'I Hate Love Stories' director Punit Malhotra, reports Mid Day.
March 03, 2010, - Sonam Kapoor is reportedly dating her 'I Hate Love Stories' director Punit Malhotra, reports Mid Day.
Not everyone is happy about the romance because it's causing Punit to lose focus.
Punit's uncle, Manish Malhotra, who is designing costumes for the film, and film producer Karan Johar have both reportedly counseled Punit to focus on his work, but to no avail.
Sonam too is losing a grip on her professionalism while on set, forgetting that Punit is her boss.
The film additionally stars Imran Khan and Sammir Dattani.
"The relationship is rather new, and at this early stage, tiffs are normal. In fact, Imran keeps teasing her about it all the time," a source on the set tells Mid Day,.
Sonam will be next seen in her father Anil Kapoor's production Aisha. The film is based Jane Austen's 1815 novel Emma. The novel has been earlier adapted by Hollywood filmmakers Douglas McGrath (featuring Gwyneth Paltrow) and Diarmuid Lawrence (featuring Kate Beckinsale).
