The Best Dressed Celebs of 2007

Without wasting any time, here's unveiling those who made all the right fashion moves in the year gone by. Presenting Bollywood Hungama's 'The Best Dressed Celebs of 2007'

The occasion was the launch of an international brand of luxury watch and Brand Ambassador Aishwarya Rai turned up dressed in her western best for this occasion. The black and white chic costume was the right choice considering it was a day event and her choice of the white wrist watch and pearl white ring surely complimented her glowing looks. After receiving a lot of flak for her dressing in the past, Madame Rai sure seems to have got it right this time around.

John Abraham & Bipasha Basu always seem to be the picture perfect couple and a lot of the credit for that goes to their dressing sense. Here, John and Bips are seen at the International Premiere of their movie Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal. While the movie may have turned out to be a damp squib at the Box-Office, their choice of costumes surely did strike a GOAL. John looks smashing in his white jacket with blue denims while Bipasha looks her Indian best in this ethnic ensemble coupled with perfect set of earrings and bangles to go with. One well-dressed B-town couple this is.

Shah Rukh Khan rarely ever has a bad dressing day. While the whole world drooled at his newly acquired six-pack abs, he surely seems equally irresistible even when he is fully clothed from top to toe in western formals. The actor seen at the launch of a designer suit brand was elegantly dressed in a grey pin-striped suit. Moreover his choice of light blue shirt coupled with the dark grey tie sure made girls go week in their knees.

One of 2007's most talked about comebacks was Madhuri Dixit returning to Bollywood after a hiatus with Aaja Nachle. While the movie may have fallen short of expectations, Madhuri surely made the most of her three week stay in aamchi Mumbai. The original diva of Bollywood is seen glowing in this sea-green salwar-kameez while attending a reality show to promote her film. While Madame Dixit seems to have got a little carried away with her smile, her designer surely deserves all the brownie points for making her look prettier and younger than ever.

If there was one actress who actually made a comeback in the true sense of the word last year, it was none other than our very own Kareena Kapoor. The actress who wasn't seen in public for nearly a year (in between) came out in full force to promote her film Jab We Met. Bebo is seen here wearing this bright pink tube dress at a singing reality show and she sure looked like a million bucks having lost a few kilos. The exquisite pair of earrings coupled with the feeling of new found love only added to the glow in her face and it was amazing to see the elegance with which she could carry off this beauty of a costume. Way to go Bebo.

Probably the most talked about face of the year was Deepika Padukone. The pretty face was seen at all the happening places in town around the release of her debut film Om Shanti Om. Deepika is seen here (with minimal make-up) dressed in a simple yellow salwar-kameez at the launch of a jewellery line she endorses. While some may argue that she could have been better dressed for the occasion, we quite believe that like her characters Shantipriya and Sandy in OSO she too has the panache to carry off both Indian and western wear with equal élan.

Yet another new kid on the block who made himself a Page 3 regular was Johnny Gaddar star Neil Nitin Mukesh. The handsome actor is seen here wearing a black jacket over a light brown tee with cool denims. But what actually helps him make the final cut to our list of best dressed celebs is the way he has carried off the stole .The stole which hitherto was considered passé and a very feminine thingy suddenly seems to be in vogue with the hunk himself sporting one in style.
